It appears I’m naturally very fit and I can still make use of that. The idea of wasting that natural ability is driving me on. I came to Ben for hypnotherapy as I was suffering with stress, anxiety and low confidence after a relationship break up. My eczema had also flared up with the stress and I felt desperate. I didn’t know if it would work for me or what to expect but I was willing to try anything to feel better.
Ben straight away put me at ease with his warm and humorous manner. The sessions gave me the chance to focus on the positives in my life and enjoy some much needed relaxation and increase my confidence levels. A great knock on effect has been that my eczema has pretty much healed now that the emotional stress is better managed.
I really find listening to the audio support recordings to be very helpful as well, I still listen to them now a year on!

I would thoroughly recommend this service. I’d never really considered hypnotherapy before and I’m glad to say all my pre-conceptions have been proved wrong.
