30 Minute, Telephone Consultation
I’m currently offering a 30 minute telephone consultation to find out more about yourself and explain my approach in more detail. This allows us to get straight into working to support you whether you’re looking for help with stress, anxiety, phobias or to focus on a specific goal.
Face-to-Face Initial Consultation £60
Some clients prefer a face-to-face initial consultation. Whilst there is no hypnosis in this session for many clients it will prove to be the most important of all our meetings. The start of a real focus and change. It’s chance for me to find out more about you and where you want to be and for me to explain all aspects of therapy.
Hypnotherapy in Stretford £60
Using the information from the initial consultation we start to build new patterns and look for solutions that get you where you want to be. Sessions end with a relaxing and focused trance setting you up for the week ahead.

50-60 mins per session.

Phobias, Trauma and PTSD
2 – 3 sessions in total.
I use Rewind Therapy as taught by Dr David Muss at the International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy. This technique requires doesn’t require trance although I may offer this as a nice deep relaxation if we have time during our session.**

One 90 – 120 minute session (including support CD)
